We are seeking a seasoned Engineering Professional to lead end-to-end solution delivery across modern full-stack and integration-driven platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving technical excellence, leading cross-functional engineering teams, and delivering scalable, secure, and high-performance applications. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders in an agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end solution delivery across full-stack and integration-based applications.
- Drive technical design and architecture decisions aligned with business and technology objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and guide cross-functional engineering teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Review code, enforce coding standards, and promote engineering best practices.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.
- Build and support microservices-based architectures and integration solutions.
- Manage CI/CD pipelines to enable automated build, test, and deployment processes.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and engineering teams to define and deliver technical solutions.




- Ensure application reliability, performance, security, and maintainability.
- Drive agile delivery practices, sprint planning, estimation, and continuous process improvement.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Strong experience in Java application development.
- Hands-on experience with React for modern front-end development.
- Experience designing and developing microservices-based applications.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Experience with integration and middleware platforms.
- Exposure to cloud environments and cloud-native application development.
- Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and engineering best practices.
- Experience conducting code reviews and ensuring software quality.
- Proven ability to lead technical teams and mentor engineers.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
