Job Summary

This role manages daily operations and planning to optimize the flow of raw materials, supplies, and equipment, from initial procurement to the final disposition and fulfill material requirements for volume, cost and scheduling business operations. Material requirement plans are used to ensure required flow of materials are maintained. The role is also required to coordinate between Procurement, warehouse and distribution operations to improve operational efficiencies and workflows crucial to the flow of materials.

Responsibilities

- Ensure up to date demand in the ERP system (SAP) by processing Supplier schedule line customer orders.
- Timely Material replenishment to ensure production connectivity.
- Management of difficult customer shipping requirements.
- Trigger shipments to Customer in line with requirements the agreed shipping plan.




- Monitoring and continuous improvement for all Material Control elements.
- Support recent Launches and system custoffs and setups
- Results driven and Problem-Solving Skills
- In charge for ISO 50001, 45001 IATF standards according to their role

Education and Experience (Minimum Qualifications)

- Degree in a relevant discipline (e.g. BA, Logistics, IE) with 10 years of experience
- Minimum 5 year experience in Materials Management
