Job Description: Generative AI Developer

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Generative AI Developer to design, build, and deploy intelligent applications leveraging large language models (LLMs) and multimodal AI systems. The ideal candidate will combine strong programming skills with deep AI knowledge to create scalable, production-ready solutions across text, code, image, and audio domains.

Key Responsibilities

- LLM Application Development: Build and integrate applications using foundation models (GPT-4, Claude, Gemini, Stable Diffusion).
- Prompt Engineering: Design, test, and optimize prompts to improve model accuracy and reduce hallucinations.
- RAG Pipelines: Implement retrieval-augmented generation systems with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector).
- Model Fine-Tuning: Adapt foundation models for domain-specific tasks using custom datasets.
- Performance Monitoring: Track latency, accuracy, and hallucination rates; ensure production reliability.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product, design,



and engineering teams to align AI capabilities with business goals.
- Documentation: Maintain transparent records of system prompts, evaluation metrics, and deployment workflows.

Required Skills

- Python and experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face).
- Strong knowledge of vector databases and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Expertise in data pipelines and CI/CD workflows for AI applications.
- Familiarity with multimodal AI (text, image, audio).
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills in production environments.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with LangChain or LlamaIndex frameworks.
- Knowledge of AI evaluation frameworks and responsible AI practices.
- Prior work in AI product development or published research in generative AI.

Education & Experience

- Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science, AI, or related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in AI/ML engineering or software development with LLMs.
