Role : Sr Tech Lead - GenAI

Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end AI agent performance, stability, and business outcome metrics.
- Define operational boundaries and governance frameworks for Agentic AI systems.
- Design and execute business and technical testing strategies for AI agents across POC, development, and production environments.
- Deploy, monitor, and manage AI applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Track safety, quality, observability, latency, logging, and business KPIs for AI solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, sponsors, and engineering teams to ensure successful production deployment.
- Drive performance validation and final quality sign-off for Agentic AI solutions.

Vector Databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, ChromaDB, etc.)

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 5+ years in Technical Lead, Solution Architect, Data Science Lead, or AI Architect roles.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Generative AI, Agentic AI, or AI Agents.
- Strong expertise in AI testing frameworks, cloud deployment, and production monitoring.
- Experience working with enterprise-scale AI solutions.
