We are looking for an experienced L2 Cyber Security Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Zscaler ZIA, Zscaler ZPA and Trend Vision One/EDR. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day security platform operations, policy administration, troubleshooting, incident resolution, change implementation and OEM coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support Zscaler ZIA and ZPA platforms.
- Manage Zscaler security policies, configurations and access controls.
- Troubleshoot Zscaler-related incidents and resolve L2 technical issues.
- Support Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) operations.
- Handle Zscaler Source IP Anchoring and SaaS/API Data Protection activities.
- Install, configure and troubleshoot Trend Vision One / EDR.
- Investigate security incidents and provide L2-level resolution.
- Execute approved changes and configuration updates.
- Coordinate with Zscaler and Trend Micro OEMs for complex issues and escalations.
- Maintain incident records, technical documentation and operational reports.
- Collaborate with network, endpoint, infrastructure and security teams.
- Provide customer-facing technical support in an onsite environment.
Mandatory Requirements
- 3-6 years of overall experience in Cyber Security / Network Security.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on Zscaler support experience.
- Practical experience with ZIA and ZPA.
- Experience with Trend Vision One or equivalent EDR solution.
- Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills.
- Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to work onsite in Chennai.
