- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone calls, emails, or chats.
- Identify sales opportunities and upsell/cross-sell products/services to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.
- Meet daily/weekly targets set by the management.
Job Requirements :
- 0-1 year of experience in tele sales or related field.
- Excellent English and Hindi communication skills (verbal).
- Solid customer service orientation with a focus on resolving queries promptly.
