- Excellent Catia V5/V6 /3DX Skills
- Should have completed at least 1-2 NPD project
- Hands on experience in design and development of soft Trims- mainly -Carpet /Dash inner and outer , Package Tray , and so on.
Robust analytical skills to resolve complex packaging issues within the vehicle interior.
- Ability to present design concepts and technical reports to cross-functional teams and leadership.
- Understanding of soft materials and its manufacturing process.
- Excellent product and manufacturing knowledge.
- Good Communication skills
- Knowledge of GD&T; & hands on experience on 2D/3D Drawings Creation required.
- Ability to work /handle parts / Team & interior commodity Independently.
- Able to interact, analyze and create parts as per design Rules & requirements.
- Good Team Player /Lead and flexible to work in any streams of work as per dynamic requirement that may change from time to time
- Should able to understand and willing to work under any challenging and tough environments
- Aid team improving the performance and efficiency of existing product design
