Role & responsibilities

- Candidate should have min 4+ Years in BIW (Body-in-White) Design of structural components (e.g.Door Panels / Body Side Panel/Upper body / Underbody Panels)
- Must have strong experience in design of passenger car body components like Roof, Floor, Side body outer/inner, doors, closures etc.
- Knowledge of BIW DVPs & Testing specification
- Knowledge in Homologation & Crash standard
- Must have relevant experience in Master Sections, Vehicle Integration, Vehicle packaging, Concept creation, assembly processes of various parts.
- Should have knowledge and understanding of Tooling and manufacturing processes.
- Develop and manage project plans and ensure on-time delivery
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Should be able to prepare deliver presentations of the Concepts
- Extensive experience in design and development of 1.



BIW 2. Trims 3.Exterior Trims 4. Soft Trims 5. Chassis systems.
- Solid knowledge of automotive standards, safety requirements and regulations.
- Minimum 5 years experience in New Part Development.
- Strong communication skill is mandatory to handle Program Stake Holders & Suppliers.
- Exceptional CATIA V5 Skills.
- Good Knowledge in Teamcenter Engineering & Vismockup.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and with others.

BIW:

- A deep understanding of BIW engineering principles.
- Understanding of Design rules, standards, and regulations.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to work without supervision.
