Role & responsibilities -
• Develop and manage project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Monitor project progress against baseline schedules.
• Manage WBS, critical path, S-curves and look-ahead schedules.
• Monitor Engineering, Procurement and Construction activities.
• Track manpower, resources and productivity against project budgets.
• Conduct delay, deviation and trend analysis.
• Prepare recovery and mitigation plans for schedule slippages.
• Monitor project cost, man-hours and forecasts.
• Prepare progress, cost and management reports.
• Support Earned Value / EVA monitoring and project performance analysis.
• Present project schedule and cost status to management/client.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering preferably Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation.
• 10 -15 years of relevant experience in Core Project Planning / Project Controls.
• Strong hands-on experience in Primavera P6 is mandatory.
• Candidates from Oil & Gas / EPC / EPCC / Refinery / Petrochemical / Industrial Projects are preferred.




• Should have experience handling projects through Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) phases.
• Robust knowledge of baseline schedules, WBS, critical path, S-curves, look-ahead schedules and progress measurement.
• Experience in delay analysis, schedule variance, recovery planning and mitigation measures.
• Good understanding of cost control, forecasting, man-hour monitoring, productivity and Earned Value Management (EVM/EVA).
• Should have experience in resource/manpower loading and project performance monitoring.
• Exposure to coordinating Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation and other project disciplines.
• Strong analytical, reporting, coordination and presentation skills.
• Should be capable of interacting with Project Managers, Engineering/Procurement/Construction teams and clients.
• Candidates with experience in managing multiple projects / full project life cycle will be preferred.
