Job Description
Hiring: Diagnostic Technician? Location: Chennai
We are seeking a skilled Diagnostic Technician to independently diagnose and resolve standard to moderately complex vehicle faults using premium OEM diagnostic tools.
Key Skills:
DTC analysis & fault finding
ECU programming, coding & adaptations
CAN Bus troubleshooting
OEM tools: XENTRY, ISTA, ODIS, PIWIS, Bosch KTS
Diagnostic documentation & repair validation
Experience: 4–8 years (minimum 4 years with premium OEM diagnostic tools)
Work Model & Benefits
Hybrid model: 4 days office + 1 day WFH
First 3 months mandatory work from office for training
One-way cab facility provided by Ford (pick-up or drop)
Market-based holiday calendar with rotational holiday support
Selection Process
Technical assessment and client interviews
Preference for candidates with strong diagnostic and root cause analysis capabilities
Shortlisted profiles will be reviewed by the client before final interviews
