Senior Relationship Manager Real Estate Sales

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and sales-oriented Senior Relationship Manager to handle residential property sales and customer relationships.

Work Mode: Work From Office
Key Responsibilities:

- Convert prospects into customers by presenting suitable residential properties.
- Generate leads through marketing leads, self-sourcing, local activities and corporate tie-ups.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable property solutions.
- Coordinate and assist customers with site visits and resolve their queries.
- Liaise with developers/channel partners throughout the sales process.
- Ensure a smooth customer experience and follow operational processes.




- Provide after-sales support and assist customers with Home Loan requirements.

Requirements:

- Graduate / MBA preferred.
- Experience in direct sales / real estate sales.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales orientation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to conduct 23 customer meetings per day.
- High level of ownership and passion for achieving targets.
