- Source top talent for IT positions through various channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter, direct clients, and W2 candidates.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate fitment for open roles.
- Manage the full cycle of recruiting from sourcing to onboarding new hires.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Job Requirements :
- 3-5 years of experience in US IT staffing or recruitment industry.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn Recruiter platform and ability to leverage it effectively for sourcing candidates.
- Experience working with direct clients or handling end-to-end recruitment processes (W2).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly/quarterly targets in a fast-paced setting.
