Job description:

We are looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented International Chat Support Associate to join our team. Freshers are also eligible, possess excellent written communication skills, and be comfortable handling customer queries through chat in a fast-paced environment.

- Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally through live chat.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns while maintaining high service standards.
- Handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously with efficiency and accuracy.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Adhere to company policies, processes, and compliance guidelines.

- Eligibility Criteria:

- Freshers are Eligible
- Contract role for 4 months
- Excellent written English communication skills.
- Minimum typing speed of 30 WPM with good accuracy.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to navigate multiple applications.
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a target-driven environment.

- Shift Requirements:

- Must be versatile to work night shifts and graveyard shifts.
- Willingness to work on weekends.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, if required.

- Transportation:





- Two-way cab facility will be provided for employees residing within the hiring radius.
- Transportation will be provided as per the company's transportation policy.
