Role & responsibilities

- Hands-on experience in SampleManager LIMS implementation and support.
- Must have hands-on experience working as a Technical Lead / Team Lead for SampleManager LIMS projects.
- Proven experience in leading technical teams while remaining hands-on with LIMS development, configuration, customization, and troubleshooting.
- Strong experience in SampleManager LIMS development and solution delivery.
- Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, development, testing, implementation, and production support.
- Hands-on experience with SampleManager modules such as Sample Workflows, Integration Manager, Instrument Interfacing, Report Designer, Forms Designer, Label Designer, Sample Scheduler, Batch Management, Lot Management, Stability, SQC, SM-IDI, PIMS, and Dashboards.
- Solid client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and deliver solutions within agreed timelines.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and team-management skills.
