Process: Virtual Relationship Manager (VRM)

Job Role

- Outbound calling for Kotak 811 banking products
- Explain banking services, insurance & digital products
- Lead generation and customer acquisition
- Achieve sales targets and maintain customer follow-ups

Eligibility

- Graduate Mandatory
- Age: 20 - 32 Years
- Banking / BPO Sales Experience Required
- Freshers Not Eligible
- Excellent English Communication Required
- Good Mathematical Skills
- No Work Gap More Than 6 Months

Salary & Benefits

- Attractive Monthly Incentives Up to 35K
- Direct Bank Payroll

Shift Details

- 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
- 6 Week Offs Monthly
- 4 Sundays
- 2 Saturdays
