Role & responsibilities

- Project Management: Lead and manage the planning, design, and implementation of fire, safety, and access control systems projects. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Engineering & Design: Design and specify fire, safety, and access control systems in accordance with industry standards and regulations. Conduct comprehensive site assessments to determine system requirements and constraints.
- Execution & Compliance: Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of systems. Ensure all projects comply strictly with relevant codes, building standards, and occupational safety regulations.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinate seamlessly with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.
- Quality & Documentation:



Implement quality control procedures to monitor and improve system performance and reliability. Prepare and review technical documentation, reports, and project specifications.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve technical and logistical issues that arise during project execution. Proactively develop and implement corrective actions to address any deviations from project plans.
- Reporting: Provide regular, detailed updates on project progress, risks, and solutions, addressing any client concerns or changes to project scope promptly.

Preferred candidate profile

- Education: B.Tech / B.E. in any stream. (Preferred: Mechanical, Electrical, Fire Safety, Occupational Health & Safety, Construction, or Plumbing engineering).
- Core Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of Sprinkler systems, FAPA, Fire Alarms, Life Safety Systems, CCTV Surveillance, Access Control, and Fire Suppression Systems.
- Industry Experience: 3 - 5 years of proven experience managing execution, installation, testing, and commissioning within Fire Fighting, HVAC, MEP, or ELV industries.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and project management abilities. Excellent communication skills to interface effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
- Execution Skills: Ability to successfully handle multiple projects simultaneously, meet tight deadlines, and maintain strict quality compliance under pressure.
