Role Overview:

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team and manage end-to-end recruitment across technical and non-technical roles.

The ideal candidate should be a strong talent sourcer and stakeholder manager, with the ability to understand business requirements, identify the right talent, manage multiple positions simultaneously, and deliver a smooth candidate experience in a fast-paced environment.

Role& Responsibilities:

End-to-End Recruitment

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement understanding, sourcing, and screening to interview coordination, selection, offer management, and onboarding handover.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define candidate profiles, and create effective JDs.
- Manage multiple open positions simultaneously while meeting agreed hiring timelines and targets.

Sourcing & Talent Pipeline

- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, professional networks, and other relevant channels.
- Use effective Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques to identify relevant talent.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and upcoming business requirements.
- Research talent markets and identify new sourcing channels to improve hiring effectiveness.

Stakeholder Management

- Partner with hiring managers and business stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
- Conduct regular discussions on hiring priorities, candidate feedback, and pipeline status.
- Provide timely updates on open positions, interview progress, challenges, and expected closures.




- Act as a trusted point of contact for candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the hiring journey.

Recruitment Operations & Reporting

- Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment data in the ATS/HRIS.
- Track recruitment metrics such as Time-to-Fill, Time-to-Hire, Source Effectiveness, Interview-to-Selection Ratio, and Offer Acceptance Rate.
- Ownership of recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring reports and updates.
- Ensure recruitment documentation and processes are completed accurately and on time.

Candidate Experience & Employer Branding

- Ensure a professional and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain timely communication with candidates at every stage of the hiring cycle.
- Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives through relevant recruitment campaigns and engagement activities.

Required Skills:

- Strong hands-on experience in end-to-end Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
- Proven experience hiring for both technical and non-technical positions.
- Strong sourcing skills using Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
- Good understanding of Boolean Search, X-ray Search, and passive candidate sourcing.
- Solid candidate screening and interviewing skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and hiring requirements independently.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Data-driven approach with an understanding of recruitment metrics and hiring analytics.
- Experience working with ATS/HRMS platforms.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
- Experience in a technology-driven or fast-paced organization is preferred.
