ServiceNow Developer

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team and play a key role in designing, developing, configuring, and supporting scalable ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience across the ServiceNow platform, excellent JavaScript skills, and expertise in at least one ServiceNow module such as HRSD/ITAM/ITOM/CSM.

The role involves working closely with architects, business analysts, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust, scalable, and user-friendly ServiceNow solutions while following platform best practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and solutions in line with platform best practices.
- Develop and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Actions, UI Policies, Data Policies, and other platform components.
- Design and automate business processes using Flow Designer and Workflow capabilities.
- Develop and maintain Service Catalog items, Record Producers, Catalog Client Scripts, and Catalog UI Policies.




- Design and implement integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, web services, and third-party APIs.
- Develop custom applications using ServiceNow App Engine and low-code/no-code capabilities where appropriate.
- Develop, enhance, and maintain Service Portal and Employee Center experiences.
- Troubleshoot platform issues, identify root causes, and implement reliable and scalable technical solutions.
- Participate in unit testing, system/integration testing, deployment, release management, and production support activities.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects, Business Analysts, Product Owners, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Follow ServiceNow development standards, coding best practices, security guidelines, and governance processes.
- Contribute to platform performance optimization, CMDB improvements, technical governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups
