Role: Learning & Development Retail Training
Experience: 4–8 Years
Industry: Pharma/Healthcare preferred

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive 97%+ monthly training coverage across assigned stores.
- Ensure 100% attendance of target employees in planned sessions.
- Conduct in-person training, OJT, simulations and role plays.
- Conduct mandatory store visits across the assigned span.
- Deliver pharma, behavioral and process training.
- Maintain training MIS, attendance, assessments and feedback and submit reports on T+3 basis.
- Coordinate with store/business teams to identify and close training gaps.

Requirements:

- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Prior experience in training and content delivery.
- Experience in pharma, behavioral and process training.
- Pharma/Healthcare industry experience highly preferred.
- Solid presentation, facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
