We are seeking a Junior Demand Generation Specialist to join our Enterprise
Solutions marketing team. This is a critical growth-focused role where you'll
drive lead generation campaigns and support the pipeline development for our
enterprise clients. You will be responsible for creating and executing demand
generation initiatives that align with our sales objectives and contribute
directly to revenue growth. This position requires 1–3 years of relevant
experience. The role operates on a Work From Office (WFO) basis with a shift
time of 12pm – 10pm IST, with 1 open position available.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Develop and execute demand generation campaigns targeting enterprise-level
prospects across multiple channels (email, digital, events)
* Collaborate with sales teams to identify high-value accounts and support lead
nurturing workflows
* Create and optimize landing pages, email sequences, and campaign assets to
drive conversions
* Monitor campaign performance metrics and prepare regular reports on lead
quality and conversion rates
* Support event marketing initiatives and webinar promotion to generate
enterprise qualified leads
* Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform campaign strategy
* Manage CRM data integrity and ensure accurate lead tracking and reporting
* Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and
positioning for target audiences
MUST-HAVE SKILLS
* Strong understanding of B2B demand generation and lead generation best
practices
* Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, or similar)
* Experience with CRM systems and lead management
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Analytical mindset with ability to interpret campaign metrics and data
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
* Self-motivated with strong organizational and project management capabilities
POSITIVE-TO-HAVE SKILLS
* Experience with Google Analytics and web analytics tools
