As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will be the face of our company, representing Digitide Solutions Limited and its brand. Your primary role is to establish and nurture robust relationships with our customers, ensuring their needs are met and their experience with our products and services is exceptional. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, providing information, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Qualifications
A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is required.
1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the BFSI industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and connect with customers.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, with a customer-centric approach to issue resolution.
Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and tools.
