As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will be the face of our company, representing Digitide Solutions Limited and its brand. Your primary role is to establish and nurture strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their needs and inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively. You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional customer service and support.
Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Resolve customer issues and complaints, offering creative and effective solutions.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback for future reference.
Build and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience, including sales, marketing, and product development.
Conduct regular customer outreach and engagement activities to foster long-term relationships.




Identify and escalate potential customer risks or concerns to the appropriate teams for timely resolution.
Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to enhance our customer relationship strategies.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of customer relationship best practices.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining a professional and ethical approach.
Qualifications
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the BFSI industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
Solid problem-solving and analytical skills, with a customer-centric approach to issue resolution.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer relationship management tools.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing effectively.
