As an Officer in our Payroll Operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing. Your expertise in payroll compliance will be instrumental in maintaining compliance with various regulations. You will work closely with the team to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with PF/ESIC/PT and LWF validation processes.
File compliance returns accurately and within deadlines.
Review and process payroll data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements.
Stay updated with changing payroll regulations and industry best practices.
Provide support and guidance to team members on payroll-related queries.
Maintain and update employee records and documentation.
Assist in resolving payroll-related issues and escalations.
Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance and data integrity.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll compliance.
In-depth knowledge of compliance reports and validation processes.




Familiarity with compliance return filing procedures.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Proficiency in using payroll software and MS Office.
