Role & responsibilities -

- Lead and manage financial due diligence engagements for both buy-side and sell-side transactions.
- Analyze financial and operational results of target companies to identify trends, challenges, and drivers of historical and future earnings.
- Prepare and review detailed financial due diligence reports, including quality of earnings, working capital analysis, and debt and debt-like items.
- Coordinate with other service lines such as IT, Cyber and operational due diligence to provide comprehensive transaction advisory services.
- Develop and maintain robust client relationships, ensuring high levels of client service and satisfaction.
- Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of learning and development.
- Contribute to business development initiatives,



including identifying opportunities and building industry relationships.

Preferred candidate profile -

- A professional accounting / finance qualification (CA, CPA, ACCA, MBA or equivalent)
- A minimum of 8-15 years of experience in financial due diligence or a related field
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing teams and projects.
- Exceptional analytical, research, and financial modelling skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial information.
