Role & responsibilities

- 4+ Yrs hands on with Workforce System.
- Partners with HR, Payroll, and business stakeholders gather requirements and translate them into Workforce Software solutions.
- Configure, customize, and optimize Workforce Software Time & Leave modules.
- Design and implement timekeeping rules, attendance policies, leave plans, accruals, and carryover processes and other Workforce Management requirements.
- Provide production support, troubleshooting, issue resolution, and end-user assistance.
- Perform System Testing, Integration Testing (SIT), and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Support integration between Workforce Software and HR/Payroll systems.
- Create and maintain system documentation, configurations, procedures, and process guides.
- Conduct user training, knowledge transfer, and support sessions.
- Support system upgrades, enhancements, and releases while maintaining existing configurations.
- Participate in 24x7 on-call support rotation and be available until Noon PST (Monday-Friday).
