About the ES Division

Shivasakthi Group of Companies is expanding into a new ES Division focused on Public Health and Household Insecticide solutions. As part of this new business vertical, we are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager who can contribute to building the business from the ground up, develop recent markets and customers, and drive B2B business growth.

Position Overview

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving business development, sales, stakeholder engagement and market expansion for the new ES Division.

The role will focus on developing business across household pest control, vector control, construction pest control and public/institutional segments, while building relationships with government agencies, private institutions, distributors and pest control operators.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and business targets.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across household pest control, mosquito/vector control, construction pest control and public/institutional segments.
- Build and maintain relationships with government agencies, NGOs, distributors, pest control operators and private institutions.




- Expand the customer base and develop new markets for the ES Division.
- Drive B2B sales and business development activities from lead generation to order closure.
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns, awareness programs and product-positioning strategies.
- Coordinate with government health departments, private hospitals, pest control operators and other key stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and emerging business opportunities.
- Supervise field staff, technicians and support teams.
- Oversee procurement, inventory and distribution of insecticides and related equipment.
- Ensure compliance with applicable public health regulations, safety standards and insecticide-use guidelines.
- Prepare regular business, sales and market reports for management.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Public Health, Entomology, Environmental Science or a related field.
- 5 - 8 years of relevant experience in vector control, insecticide management, public health, household, industrial or construction pest-control programs.
- Strong knowledge of insecticide formulations, application methods, safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Strong B2B sales, business development and stakeholder-management skills.
- Proven leadership and project-management capabilities.
- Willingness to travel for business development, customer meetings, order execution, training and stakeholder meetings.
