We are looking for a Technical Operations Team Lead with a robust background in Mechanical or Electrical engineering to lead our technical monitoring and operations team. The candidate should have good technical understanding of machinery and equipment, along with strong team-handling, coordination, and reporting skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the technical operations and monitoring team.
- Monitor the operational status and performance of machinery and equipment across locations.
- Review and verify daily technical and operational reports.
- Coordinate with engineers, technicians, supervisors, and site teams regarding machinery-related issues.
- Track equipment breakdowns, maintenance activities, pending issues, and resolution status.
- Identify critical technical issues and ensure timely escalation and follow-up.
- Analyze machinery performance and identify recurring operational or maintenance issues.
- Ensure proper documentation of equipment status, breakdowns, maintenance, and operational activities.
- Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly technical MIS reports.
- Guide team members in data collection, report preparation, and technical monitoring.
- Allocate responsibilities to team members and monitor their performance.




- Maintain effective communication between the technical team, operations team, and management.
- Support management with accurate technical information and operational reports.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned monitoring, reporting, and coordination activities.

Candidate Requirements:

- Diploma / B.Tech / ITI in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in Electrical or Mechanical fields.
- Strong understanding of machinery, equipment, and technical operations.
- Good team-building, team-handling, and leadership skills.
- Ability to understand technical issues and machinery-related problems.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with engineers & technicians
- Strong communication and coordination skills in Hindi and English.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MIS reporting, and data management.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify technical discrepancies.
