Role & responsibilities
- Handle architectural design and development of residential/commercial real estate projects.
- Prepare and review concept, schematic, working and GFC drawings.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, interior and other consultants.
- Ensure designs comply with local regulations, building codes and approval requirements.
- Coordinate with project/site teams and resolve execution-related design issues.
- Conduct site visits and monitor design implementation.
- Support material selection, design detailing and value engineering.
- Coordinate with external consultants and ensure timely design deliverables.
- Prepare presentations and 3D views for management, sales and marketing requirements.
Preferred candidate profile
- AutoCAD Mandatory
- Revit / BIM – Preferred
- SketchUp – Mandatory
- Lumion / Enscape / V-Ray – Preferred
- Photoshop – Preferred
- MS Office
