- Strong sourcing and screening skills
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn and other job portals
- Candidate engagement and follow-up
- Interview coordination and offer negotiation
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment
