Job Title: Financial Analyst I
Location: Hyderabad
Job Type: Contract
Duration: 8 Months
Work Type: Onsite

The Top Key Responsibilities:

- Execute end-to-end payroll processing across multiple US states (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly)
- Audit payroll-related data to validate authenticity and accuracy
- Process legal, severance, final, and missing pay
- Handle wage garnishments in compliance with federal and state laws
- Address employee queries and resolve concerns promptly

Mandatory Requirements:

- 4+ years of hands-on experience in US Payroll processing, garnishments, or payroll audits




- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a high-volume workplace
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelors degree required

Preferred skills:

- Experience with US Payroll systems (ADP, Workday, PeopleSoft) and HRIS platforms
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
- Experience handling high-volume payroll in a multi-state environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset

Education or Certification:

- Any graduation
