Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with Spring Security.
- Knowledge of OAuth2, OpenID Connect, JWT.
- Understanding of threat modeling and application security concepts.
- Experience with AI-assisted coding tools such as GitHub Copilot or Claude.
- Security certification such as CSSLP, Secure Coding Certification, or equivalent is a plus.

Qualifications:



Bachelor s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

- Use AI first model for delivery.
- Analyze and remediate security vulnerabilities identified through Snyk and other security scanning tools.
- Perform impact assessment, root cause analysis, and remediation planning for application vulnerabilities.
- Upgrade vulnerable libraries, frameworks, and third-party dependencies with minimal business impact.
- Develop, test, and validate code fixes for Critical and High security findings.
- Collaborate with application SMEs, architects, and product teams to understand business and technical impacts.
- Create pull requests and support application teams during code review and validation.
- Participate in vulnerability triage, prioritization, and sprint planning activities.
- Conduct secure code reviews and recommend best practices.
- Support application modernization initiatives to address legacy technology risks.
- Document remediation approaches, testing results, and technical decisions.
- Work with QA teams to validate fixes and ensure successful deployment.
- Contribute to automation initiatives that improve remediation throughput and efficiency.
- Support compliance with enterprise vulnerability remediation SLAs.
