Responsibilities:

Act as a deep expert in the product band buildcapability across implementation partners by delivering trainings andpreparing content.

Solution and deliver complex implementation projectsfor enterprise clients - starting from Business process mapping to UserAcceptance testing and taking the customer live along with partner forDarwinbox in a defined timeline.

Analyze business requirements and design solutionscovering various functional scenarios and prepare presentations for clientdemo.





Review the blueprint documents, functionalspecifications in the Business process mapping stage and assist with thecomplete solution to the client for client-specific use cases.

Review the Key User Training and support provided bythe partner to customer to ensure sign off at each milestone as per projectplan.

Requirement:

Endto end audit of the solutions provided in the partner implemented projects

Provide support and solution to the client throughout theImplementation and Post Go-live support phase (before handing over to CustomerSuccess team)

After a successful delivery of the project, ensure aseamless transition to the Customer Success team.

Bachelors Degree is mandatory; MBA in HR ispreferred

4+ years of experience in HR transformation &change; management/HCM implementation roles/HR consulting/HRBP roles

Understanding of Technology systems. HRMS systemimplementation and understanding would be preferred

Good in MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint

Project Management; Familiarity with ProjectManagement tools would be a plus

Key behavioral traits: Agility, Analytical, Persistence and Abilityto stretch.
