Job Description

Capgemini is seeking a Director level executive to serve as the India Client Leader, acting as the unique interface for the Group Client in India and bringing an A/C lens to the India business. This person will work closely with the GCP/MU Leader and coordinate across GBLs, CoEs, Portfolio, Win Centres AIE to support the A/C growth agenda, identify current opportunities, expand portfolio presence enable delivery-led sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive India alignment support for all account-related activities, including sales, pre-sales, delivery coordination, client visits location strategy.
- Leads India Account Planning, ensuring seamless alignment and integration with Global A/C Planning under the GCP framework
- Increase portfolio presence and support the cross-sell agenda across the A/C
- Generate new ideas and opportunities for the Account/MU by leveraging Capgeminis portfolio, sector expertise innovation capabilities.
- Play a clinical domain-led sales role, leveraging Life Sciences clinical expertise to shape client conversations identify relevant growth opportunities.




- Bring an innovation-led approach by identifying, incubating positioning differentiated ideas, offerings and solutions aligned to client priorities.

Primary Skills

- He/She will have overall exp of over 15 yrs, with hands-on exp in managing clients across sales, pre-sales delivery.
- A Bachelors or Masters degree is required, with deep knowledge of Life Sciences industry preferred.
- This person should be able to deliver outstanding client experience, influence client decisions, coordinate effectively across complex stakeholder groups support the accounts growth agenda.
- Strong client management experience across sales, pre-sales and delivery, with the ability to enable delivery-led sales.
- Excellent understanding of Capgeminis portfolio, with the ability to identify opportunities for portfolio expansion and cross-sell.
- Ability to anticipate client needs, articulate business outcomes and influence client buying decisions.
