Role & responsibilities
- 10- 14 years of overall IT experience with 4+ years as a Scrum Master.
- Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Hands-on experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and Agile delivery.
- Proven experience in client/stakeholder management.
- Experience in reporting, metrics tracking, and dashboards. Familiarity with Agile tools: JIRA, Azure DevOps, Rally Strong understanding of SDLC and project management principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
