What You'll Do:

- Plan and execute link building campaigns (guest posting, outreach, directory/citation building, HARO, etc.)
- Conduct backlink audits & competitor backlink analysis
- Identify and pursue high-quality link opportunities
- Monitor backlink profile health & disavow toxic links when needed
- Support on-page SEO meta tags, content optimization, internal linking
- Assist with technical SEO tasks site crawls, fixing crawl errors, architecture recommendations
- Track rankings, referring domains, and organic traffic growth
- Coordinate with content/design teams for link-worthy content assets
- Stay updated on Google algorithm changes affecting link signals
- Support client communication with the SEO Manager

What We're Looking For:





- 2+ years hands-on SEO experience with a strong Off-Page/Link Building focus (agency background preferred)
- Proven experience in outreach, guest posting & backlink building strategies
- Working knowledge of On-Page and Technical SEO
- Hands-on with backlink tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz) + Google Analytics & Search Console
- Basic HTML/CSS/JS understanding
- Positive communication skills for outreach & client coordination
- Ability to manage multiple projects & deadlines

AEO/GEO exposure (AI search optimization) is a plus ()
