1. Attend walk-ins and call inquiries and convert them into admissions through effective counselling.

2. Guide parents and students during visits by providing insights on academic performance using exam reports and other assessment tools.

3. Address disciplinary concerns by documenting incidents and maintaining a duly signed record of such events by parents.

4. Ensure any feedback received from parents or students regarding faculty is promptly reported to the Branch Director.

5. Observe students' outward behavior during extracurricular activities and incorporate relevant observations into assessments. 6.



Learn to interpret information from assessment tools and effectively communicate insights to parents regarding daily academic activities.

7. Strictly adhere to the instructions given by the Branch Director regarding academic and operational matters.

8. Mandatory to undergo training on recent tools, applications, and processes as required to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in their role.

9. Maintain accurate records of admissions data and walk-in data to support institutional decision-making and planning.
