WHAT YOU'LL DO

* Lead cash application processing for supported regions, including cash
posting, lockbox/bank file review, remittance matching, unapplied cash
clearing, and short-pay identification.

* Supervise cash application queues, ensure SLA adherence, conduct quality
checks, and manage aging of unapplied cash across Americas and APAC support.

* Build standardized SOPs, controls, handoffs, and critical issue paths between
India Cash Application, regional collections teams, billing, and AR
Resolution.

* Collaborate with Regional Managers on collections,



allocations/cash
application dependencies, and coordinate with the India Hub Manager for
capacity planning.

* Identify posting issues, remittance gaps, deduction indicators, and
unresolved items requiring handoff to collections or AR Resolution teams.

* Apply approved AI-enabled tools and workflow automation to identify unmatched
receipts, duplicate payments, missing remittance, unapplied cash trends, and
exception patterns.

* Support automation of cash application dashboards, SLA reporting, queue
prioritization, and quality checks while maintaining appropriate review
controls.

* Partner with the India Hub Manager and regional AR leaders to uncover
automation opportunities that minimize manual matching, boost posting
accuracy, and hasten unapplied cash resolution.
