What the role offers:
Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the team, ensuring all activities align with business goals and customer requirements.
Manage the Implementation/Upgrade/migrations of PPM and OpenText CSDP/ValueEdge and OpenText SDM/Octane with hands-on experience in these tool sets
Responsible for PPM and Agile project delivery using OpenText CSDP/ValueEdge and OpenText SDM/Octane leveraging the tools for project management, release management, sprint planning, backlog management, and delivery governance.
Collaborate with engineering, product management, and customer support teams to gather feedback and improve product quality.
Conduct periodic team performance reviews, offer constructive feedback, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
