es: Assesses and meets client requirements and desires through regular meetings and conferen ces Produces sketches, drawings, and floor plans to illustrate concepts and finished projects using computer-aided design programs (CAD) and hand-drawing ski lls Creates idea boards to communicate design concepts to clie nts Strong understanding and demonstrated aptitude of design princip les Excellent portfolio of previous wo rks Creative talent, imagination, and eye for desi gn.
Requiremen
ts : You must have min 3 plus years of experience in residential proj ects Modular interior Experience is a must Registered Diploma or Degree in Interior Design or Architec ture Experience in handling clients and handling projects independe ntly Excellent knowledge of Auto CAD, Google Sketc h-up Robust verbal and written English communication skills, ability to convey complex ideas effectively and efficien tly.
