About the role:

Drive client's digital presence through strong campaign execution, high-quality
content, and performance-led creative development. The role will own influencer
marketing campaigns, manage performance marketing creatives across the consumer
funnel, and deliver agile always-on content as required.

What you will be doing:

1. Influencer Marketing





* Own influencer campaigns from ideation and briefing through
creator selection, contracting coordination, content review, go-live,
amplification, and reporting.
* Develop campaign ideas, content pillars, creator briefs, and guardrails
aligned with the brand proposition, target audience, and platform behavior.
* Partner with influencer and creative agencies to shortlist relevant creators
based on audience fit, content quality, brand safety, and cost efficiency.
* Track campaign performance, consolidate learnings, and recommend
optimizations for future campaigns.

2. Performance Marketing Creative Management

* Own the creative pipeline for paid media across upper, mid, and lower funnel
objectives.
* Translate media briefs and consumer insights into transparent creative briefs for
Meta, Google, and YouTube.
* Coordinate with brand, media, creative, and agency partners to deliver
channel-ready assets on
