- Configure and customize ServiceNow CLM workflows for contract creation, negotiation, approval, and renewal.
- Develop templates, clause libraries, and automated contract generation logic.
- Build custom Business Rules, UI Policies, and Flow Designer workflows for contract processes.
- Integrate CLM with CPQ, procurement, and legal systems.
- Support obligation tracking, alerts, and compliance reporting.
- Work with Legal and Procurement stakeholders to gather and implement requirements.
Required Skills
- Experience with ServiceNow CLM module and contract management processes.
- Robust scripting skills in JavaScript, Glide API, and Flow Designer.
- Familiarity with document generation and e-signature integrations.
- Understanding of contract clauses, redlining, and approval workflows.
- ServiceNow CSA/CAD certification preferred.
