Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure and maintain Thin Clients, Mini PCs, desktops, monitors and related IT hardware.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, networking and system issues.
- Provide onsite and remote technical support to customers.
- Handle product installation, testing, replacement and maintenance.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams to resolve technical issues.
- Maintain service reports and documentation.
- Travel to customer locations when required.Role & responsibilities
