We are looking for an experienced Workday Project Manager to lead Workday implementation, enhancement, integration, and rollout projects. The PM will manage the complete project lifecycle, coordinating business, functional, technical, integration, testing, and vendor teams to deliver Workday projects on time, within scope, and budget.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end Workday implementation and enhancement projects from initiation through go-live and hypercare.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Coordinate Workday functional, technical, integration, reporting, security, testing, and business teams.
- Manage project scope, risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and change requests.
- Partner with HR, HRIS, Payroll, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and establish priorities.
- Manage Workday Business Process, workflow, integration, reporting, and data-conversion workstreams.
- Coordinate with Workday implementation partners, vendors, and third-party systems.
- Drive SIT, UAT,



defect management, cutover, deployment, go-live, and hypercare activities.
- Establish project governance, status reporting, steering-committee updates, and escalation processes.
- Track project budgets, resources, capacity, and vendor deliverables.
- Ensure integration dependencies and data flows between Workday and downstream/upstream systems are properly managed.
- Manage Workday releases, enhancements, and post-production improvements.
- Ensure project documentation, decisions, action items, and RAID logs are maintained.
- Identify project risks early and drive mitigation and resolution.
- Lead project meetings and communicate progress to senior leadership.
