We are seeking a Workday Business Analyst with robust experience in Workday HCM, business process workflows, and integrations. The candidate will work closely with HR, Payroll, IT, and integration teams to gather requirements, design functional solutions, document workflows, and support Workday integrations from requirement through testing and production.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather and analyze business requirements for Workday HCM business processes, workflows, and integrations.
- Translate business requirements into Workday functional specifications and integration requirements.
- Analyze and document end-to-end Workday workflows, including:
- Hire
- Change Job
- Termination
- Compensation
- Absence
- Payroll
- Recruiting
- Onboarding

- Understand Workday Business Process Framework (BPF), approvals, conditions, validations, notifications, and security.
- Work with integration teams to define source/target systems, data mappings, transformation rules, and integration workflows.
- Support integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, and Web Services/APIs.




- Create functional specifications, mapping documents, process flows, interface requirements, and data-flow diagrams.
- Coordinate with technical/integration developers during design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Develop and execute SIT/UAT test scenarios for Workday workflows and integrations.
- Troubleshoot integration failures, data issues, business-process errors, and downstream system issues.
- Perform impact analysis for Workday releases and changes to integrations/workflows.
- Work with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, Security, and external vendors to resolve issues.
- Support Workday releases, enhancements, implementations, and production deployments.
