Role: HR Analyst (Third Party Payroll) | Meesho

As an HR Analyst, youll work closely with business, HR, and operations teams to enable data-driven

About the Role:

As an HR Analyst, you will own end-to-end HR data management and analytics. You’ll work with large

datasets, generate actionable insights, and enable leaders to make better decisions. This role requires a

solid mix of analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced

environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Data Management: Own and manage HR data across multiple systems; clean, validate, and

maintain structured datasets for reporting.

- Tracking & Insights: Build master trackers for key HR processes and generate insights on

performance, promotions, and talent metrics.

- Analysis: Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities through rigorous data analysis.
- Governance: Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and hygiene; resolve discrepancies and

standardize reporting formats.

- Stakeholder Collaboration:



Own ad-hoc data requests with quick turnaround times to enable

data-driven business decisions.

Requirements

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Experience: 1–3 years in Analytics, HR Operations, or Business Analytics.
- Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in Excel (Advanced formulas, pivots, lookups, and data

cleaning).

- Soft Skills: Strong analytical problem-solving, high attention to detail, and a high degree of

ownership.

Preferred Background

- Experience handling large, unstructured datasets.
- Previous exposure to fast-paced startup environments.
- Specific experience in HR analytics or people data.

- Delivery of high-quality, decision-ready datasets.
- Fast and accurate turnaround on data requests.
- Proactive identification and resolution of data hygiene issues.
- Actionable insights that directly influence business decisions.
