We are looking for a Senior Oracle PCS OPA Specialist with 8-12 years of experience in Oracle PaaS, with solid hands-on expertise in Oracle Process Cloud Service (PCS) and Oracle Policy Automation (OPA).

The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, testing, deploying, and supporting cloud-based business process and decision automation solutions using Oracle PCS and OPA.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, configure, test, and deploy business process applications using Oracle Process Cloud Service (PCS).

- Develop and manage business rules and decision models using Oracle Policy Automation (OPA).

- Model, configure, debug, test, and deploy process flows and business rules.

- Translate complex business policies, requirements, and legislation into robust and maintainable business rules.

- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable process and decision automation solutions.

- Manage user access, roles, security configurations, and environments within Oracle PCS and OPA.

- Manage PCS and OPA artifacts across development, testing, and production environments, including artifact migration and transitions.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to PCS process flows, OPA rule sets, integrations, and deployments.

- Perform performance tuning, optimization, and continuous improvement of PCS and OPA solutions.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, technical teams, and other cross-functional teams to ensure successful solution delivery.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

- Lead the end-to-end design, development, testing,



and deployment of Oracle PCS and OPA solutions.

- Drive best practices around process automation, decision automation, solution design, and operational support.

- Stay updated with Oracle PaaS/PCS capabilities, product enhancements, and industry best practices.

- Ensure solutions comply with organizational, security, quality, and regulatory standards.

- Support project delivery and ensure milestones are achieved within agreed timelines and quality standards.
