Seeking an experienced WebCenter Content SOA Administrator with 6 to 11 years of experience in managing enterprise middleware and content management environments. The candidate will lead administration and support activities for Oracle WebCenter Content (UCM), Oracle SOA Suite, OSB, and WebLogic platforms, oversee deployments, upgrades, patching, performance tuning, and incident management across production and non-production environments. The role requires driving operational excellence, ensuring high availability, providing technical leadership, coordinating with stakeholders, and mentoring team members to maintain stable, secure, and scalable middleware and integration platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead administration, maintenance, and support activities for Oracle WebCenter Content, SOA Suite, OSB, and WebLogic environments.
- Manage deployments, upgrades, patching, migrations, and workplace configurations.
- Administer WebCenter Content repositories, security policies, metadata configurations, and workflows.
- Support and maintain Oracle SOA Suite components including BPEL, Mediator, OSB, and Enterprise Manager.
- Drive performance tuning, capacity planning, and system optimization across middleware platforms.
- Ensure high availability, security, backup, recovery, and disaster recovery readiness.
- Lead incident, problem, change, and release management activities.
- Coordinate with application, infrastructure, database, and business teams for issue resolution and platform support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve middleware, integration,
and content management-related issues.
- Monitor system health and proactively address performance bottlenecks and operational risks.
- Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and knowledge-sharing sessions to team members.
- Review architecture and recommend improvements to enhance performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Prepare operational reports and support audit, compliance, and governance requirements.
- Drive automation, continuous improvement initiatives, and operational best practices.

- Robust troubleshooting, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
