JD - IBM Sterling Order Management_1983 :

Lead and enhance IBM Sterling DOM and Order Management applications that drive JCPenney s digital commerce engine.

- Support and extend IBM Sterling OMS (v10) modules, including Inventory, Supply Collaboration, and Reverse Logistics.

- Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and deploy current features end-to-end.

- Build microservices-based architectures integrated with event-driven systems, APIs, and streaming platforms.

- Configure and optimize Sterling components - agents, queues, participant models, and database extensions.

- Conduct unit testing, performance tuning, and code reviews to ensure scalability, reliability, and high performance.

- Champion DevOps best practices for proactive monitoring, automation, and continuous improvement.

- Strong Java/J2EE development skills (4+ years),



with solid expertise in SQL, Oracle, XML, and XSLT.

- Hands-on experience with IBM Sterling OMS v10 and related architecture.

- Drop-Ship Fulfillment experience (2+ years).

- Familiarity with Git, Jira, and agile development environments.
