- Source and attract top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Conduct interviews, assess candidate fit, and make recommendations for recent hires based on performance metrics.
- Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the application process from initial screening to offer acceptance.
Job Requirements :
- 1-3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong understanding of IT services & consulting industry trends and market demands.
- Excellent sourcing profiles creation skills using various platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter or other tools.
