Role Summary

The Construction Manager will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end construction execution of large-scale Data Center projects, ensuring delivery in accordance with project timelines, quality standards, safety requirements, and budget objectives. The role requires extensive experience in mission-critical facilities, industrial infrastructure, or high-capex construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage all onsite construction activities for Data Center projects.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, design teams, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor project schedules, progress, quality, safety, and cost performance.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, contract requirements, and statutory regulations.
- Drive construction planning, sequencing, resource management, and risk mitigation.
- Conduct progress review meetings and provide regular project status updates to management.
- Oversee testing, commissioning readiness, and project handover activities.
- Resolve site issues proactively and ensure timely decision-making to avoid delays.
- Ensure implementation of best practices in construction safety, quality, and sustainability.
